Cancellation and Punctuality Policy:
- By booking a photo session, the client fully accepts these general terms and conditions of service. Javier Piña Photography declares compliance with all legal obligations applicable to the provision of photographic services in public and private spaces in Paris.
Cancellations:
- If the client cancels the session with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made with more than 72 hours’ notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Schedule Changes:
- Requests to reschedule the session must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Delays and Penalties:

A 15-minute grace period is granted for delays.

If the delay is between 15 and 25 minutes, the session will take place for the remaining time with no additional penalty.

If the delay exceeds 25 minutes, the client may choose to:
– Pay an additional fee of €70 to receive the full session, or
– Proceed with the session for the remaining time without paying the additional fee.
– In the event of a no-show without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations by the Photographer:
- In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 72 hours’ notice, the client will be entitled to:
- Reschedule the session for a mutually agreed date and time at no additional cost, or
- Receive a full refund of the deposit, if preferred.
Communication of Cancellations and Modifications:
- All cancellations or modification requests must be communicated in writing via email or text message.
